This is a before picture of our lower deck. After years of neglect (by the previous owners) we decided we needed to re-stain our deck. So, our first purchase needed to be a power washer to get the old dirt off. What a HUGE difference it makes. We never did get around to staining it last year so that's definitely on the to-do list this year.
