Huge Auction Coming Up After Popular Rochester Grocery Store Closes
The popular grocery store, which opened in 1949, closed last week. Now most everything is for sale.
Just Rite Foods was located in downtown Rochester. It was the very first grocery store I shopped at when I moved here ten years ago. Just blocks from the radio station my coworkers and I would often venture over for their popular grill outs.
The Post Bulletin reported back in July that the building where Just Rite was located had sold for over $600,000.
Grafe Auctions out of Spring Valley will handle auctioning off the items in the store. Everything from decorative signs to kitchen utensils, picnic tables to shopping carts and even power tools are for sale. Check out the entire list of auction items here.
