How Far Would You Go To Save Your Cell Phone?

How far would you go to save your cell phone? According to a recent survey, 68% of people said they'd put themselves in "some amount of danger" to save their cell phone. Think about it, you have a lot of personal information, pictures (maybe some nudes) music etc. on your phone. Of course you're going to put yourself in SOME amount of danger to get it back. I think the 68% is accurate.

In that same survey:

• 50% of people said they'd pay a "ransom" of $500 for it if the thief demanded it.
• 33% would pay at least $1,000 to get it back

I think I would do that. Either that or maybe offer half for just the sim card. Because, if you're that hard up for a phone, keep the damn thing. Just give me my info and pics back.

What I WOULDN'T do is fish it out of the toilet.I had a friend who was droppin' a deuce and playing Angry Birds on his phone. Well, he ended up dropping it in the toilet and...well....he fished it out of there, took it home....put it in rice. he said it worked but some of the calls sounded like crap. HI-OH!!!!!! (Get it??)
