I've been laughing for a long time about this post (recreated from this).

If you're trying to find this awesome man, I wish you luck. I spent several hours over the last few days trying to track down the original Craigslister. Nothing. What looks like a screenshot of the Missed Connection has been shared over and over for years (you can see it here), but a real post, or more info? Nothing. Not a sausage.

If nothing else I'd like to thank them for the laugh.
