Mysterious Black Ring Seen Floating Over Kazakhstan Village [Video]

Residents near Shortandy, Kazakhstan, spotted a mysterious floating ring in the sky over the weekend.

It lasted for around 15 minutes and disappeared almost as mysteriously as it appeared, Russia Today reported.

It almost looked like a giant blew a perfectly round and thin smoke ring.

So, what caused this mysterious vision in the sky? Insects? Aliens?
