Fortune Just Announced Top 100 Companies to Work For and Minnesota-Based Company is #12

For the last 25 years, a list has been compiled by Fortune of the best companies to work for and this year, a well-known company based in Minnesota is landing in the #12 spot.

Target seems to like to be towards the top of this legendary list.  In 2021 it landed in the #14 spot.

How the companies were picked to be on the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list

You can learn how the companies were picked on the Fortune website but overall, employees are asked to answer honestly about 60 statements about the company that employs them.  Some of the statements reflect on experience, trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.  Other factors were also part of the decision making but since COVID hit, Fortune explains that other factors like diversity and flexibility have also played key roles in employee satisfaction.
