St Paul (KROC AM News) - It’s been just over a month since the Avian flu outbreak that is spreading around the country was first confirmed in Minnesota and the number of affected commercial birds is approaching 3-million.

The latest report from the Minnesota Board of Animal Health shows another large commercial turkey flock has been added to the list.

The flock of nearly 120,000 was in Lyon County and the infection was confirmed Tuesday. This is the 5th largest flock of the more than 50 the board has recorded through Thursday.
