First Alliance, Moka, and Great Harvest Bread Co. Open in Northwest Rochester
First Alliance Credit Union's new location on West Circle Drive is now open and the modern concept is something truly unique to Rochester. A press release explains that member feedback was used for the design with the goal of improving the banking experience.
The first thing you'll notice when you walk in the building is a Moka and Great Harvest Bread Company. “First Alliance Commons is designed to help you maximize your time,” explained Danielle Sommerfeldt, branch manager at the new First Alliance location.
Sommerfeldt said, “You can use the drive-ups to quickly grab your morning coffee from Moka and then make a deposit using the Kiosk while on the way to work or come into the branch to grab lunch from Great Harvest before meeting with one of our advisors.”
You won't see any tellers inside this First Alliance location either. Instead, this branch features Advisor Supported Kiosks. These kiosks allow you to take care of everything from withdrawing cash to making deposits and transfers and even making loan payments. What's special about these kiosks is they give you ability to connect with a human at anytime. First Alliance explains, "When a member needs assistance with any transaction, they will be connected via a secure video feed on the Kiosk screen with a First Alliance member advisor. The advisor will quickly appear on the Kiosk screen to help complete a more complex transaction or offer the personal guidance that only another human can provide."
