Feds Take Over Rochester Child Porn Case

A child pornography case involving a Rochester man has been taken over by federal prosecutors.

58-year-old Mark McGinley is accused of producing a pornographic video with an 8-year-old child ten years ago.He was one of several men arrested by Rochester police earlier this month as part of a lengthy investigation involving child porn.

Olmsted County Chief Deputy Attorney Jim Martinson says his office dismissed the local charges on Thursday.
