Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) - A suburban Twin Cities woman is the latest person to be charged in federal court on an arson charge stemming from the rioting in the Twin Cities in late May.

33-year-old Jessica White of Andover was arraigned Friday at the federal courthouse in Minneapolis on a charge of conspiracy to commit arson. A statement from the US Attorney for Minnesota says White was identified from video recordings captured on security cameras both inside and outside of an Enterprise Rent-A-Car business in St. Paul that was completely destroyed by an arson fire on May 28th.

The charges indicate White can be seen outside the business, knocking on the front window and looking into the front door while two other people are inside for several minutes. Shortly after they exit the building, the video recordings show the front lobby area filled by smoke and flames can be seen flickering in the reflection on the front window.

It’s not known if the two other people in the video recordings have been charged in the case.
