Eyota Man Admits to Pornography Charges

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  An Eyota man who was charged earlier this year with multiple felony counts after suspected child porn images and videos were found on his phone has pleaded guilty.

Court records show 22-year-old Wyatt King entered guilty pleas Tuesday to three pornography charges. Under his plea agreement, eight other counts were dismissed.  He is scheduled to be sentenced next month.

Investigators with the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office were tipped off last year by an internet vendor about suspicious activity on an account. The investigators traced the IP address to King and his phone was searched. Investigators say they found 138 images and 15 videos, many of them suspected child porn.
