Summer is here! We all love to be outside, especially our four-legged friends. Here are some fun outdoor activities that we can include our fur babies in right here in Rochester.

Dogs Downtown (Aug 4th on the Peace Plaza). It's a canine-centric event that will have activities, performances, games, and giveaways - brought to you by the Downtown Alliance.

Paddle Board on Silver Lake, Foster Errands or Chester Wood. I just discovered the amazing-ness that is a paddle board. You could also rent a kayak or canoe and bring the pup in if that feels more secure.

Bring your fur-kid to Thursdays on First. WARNING: do NOT do this if you don't want people walking up to you every few seconds to pet your pup! ;)

Attach a side-car to your bike and hit the trails. The wind in their fur, alongside their favorite human - what's not to love?

Bark in the Park at the Honkers Game (July 15th). When you bring your pup, you get free admission (must be on a leash). Presented by Leashes and Leads & Quick Country 96.5.
