Detroit TV Guest to Anchor - 'I Know You Want Me to Toss Your Salad'

Things are definitely heating up on the morning news in Detroit!

During a typical fluff piece, the guest got a bit personal with one of the anchors. As her segment was coming to a close, she turned to the male anchor and quipped, "I know you want me to toss your salad too, don't you?" He looks uncomfortable, and his female co-host took that as a clue to immediately end the segment.

What lead up to this? Why was the guest so comfortable dropping dirty sex references on television?
