Creepy Clown is Wandering the Streets of Green Bay, Wisconsin at Night

Why, oh why, does it have to be a clown?

Halloween has come early, as Wisconsin residents are calling the police and reporting seeing a creepy clown wandering through Green Bay.

But here's the thing; the police can’t do much about it because it’s not a crime to walk around in a clown suit at any time of the day or night. Plus, the clown doesn't appear armed or dangerous — just really, really creepy.

Pictures of the clown have popped up (like the one above) and I'll just say that he would give Stephen King’s “It” a run for his money!

The clown was first spotted at 2 a.m. on August 1st, according to a fan Facebook page that popped up the next day. People are calling him Gags – The Green Bay Clown, although I'm 100% positive that no one's laughing!

Some believe Gags is part of a horror film, but others around town say they haven’t seen a camera crew - which adds to the creepiness!

What would you do if you spotted good ol' Gags out n' about in the middle of the night? Me? I'd probably run. And maybe pee myself a little...
