Clown Scaring Residents In NY

If I was walking home at night and I saw this I'd do one of three things:

1. Drop a hot deuce right then and there
2. Take off running as fast as I can
3. Have a heart attack

Just kidding. I'd do all three.....in that order. What possesses someone to dress up like the scariest clown ever and go out at night. No one is sure WHY he's doing it....but I have a hunch.....to star in my nightmares....probably
