Cheap and Cool Air Conditioner Unit [VIDEO]

Well, it seems the Summer heat is finally here. Of course, just in time for Rock Fest. Here's a cheap and effective way to beat the heat.  Since we're going to be in the Z-Rock booth at Rock Fest, it gets hotter than hell in there. It never fails. I've decided that I'm going to try this for the booth this year and see how well it actually works.

If you have an old cooler laying around, the only other things you'll need are some ice, PVC pipe and a small fan, apparently.
