Byron Woman Arrested for DUI and Texting
A Byron woman was arrested yesterday on suspicion of DUI, after crashing her car while texting.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department says 30-year-old Danielle Kranz was driving on County Road 3 near Byron around 6 p.m. when she lost control of her car and crashed into a tree.
She later told a deputy she was texting at the time of the crash. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI and texting while driving.
