Talk about being caught in the act.

Rochester police arrested a man early Tuesday morning after he was caught burglarizing the Mills Fleet Farm store.

An alarm was activated around 2:30 and officers who were sent to the store spotted a man inside loading a shopping cart with various items.

The officers took him into custody after he exited through a rear door. It was discovered the man entered the store by forcing his way through a loading dock door.

The 33 year old man has a Warsaw, Minnesota address.
