Big Meth Bust in Stewartville
Stewartville, MN (KROC AM News) - A Stewartville man was arrested Monday after a large amount of methamphetamine was found in his home.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the home in the 100 block of 3rd St NW.
The owner- 35-year-old Derek Thielen - is described as a known drug dealer. He was there when the bust went down.

More than 13 pounds of meth was found hidden in the wall of his garage. A spokesman says the drug has an estimated street value of $130,000. About $2,700 in cash was also seized.
Because of the amount of drugs involved, it’s expected the case will be prosecuted by federal authorities.
