Gas prices are already pretty high - Surely they can't keep going up, right?!?

Insert the sad trombone sound effect here. Wa-wa-waaaa...

Experts say you should expect to it to go up even more as we head into Spring. They predict average prices around will be as much as $2.70/gallon this spring. The national average hasn't been that high since 2015.

Jeanette Casselano a spokesperson for AAA says, "“There is tremendous volatility in the oil and gasoline market. Crude oil is selling at high prices compared to previous years and domestic gasoline demand has been high most of the winter among the factors all driving gas prices up and draining consumers’ wallets. This spring, consumers may have to make decisions on where they can cut costs to cover gas prices that are potentially 40-cents more per gallon."
