Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie, Slayer to Headline 2017 Rock Fest
Rock Fest, which was established in 1994, will be returning once again to Cadott, Wis. with another star-studded lineup. Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie and Slayer will serve as this year's headlining acts over the course of the July 13 - 15 weekend.
The remainder of the lineup is well-balanced, including a wide mix of heavy music ranging from metal in its various forms, hard rock and glam rock. Also set to perform are Korn, Shinedown, Volbeat, Stone Sour, Megadeth, Lamb of God, Anthrax, Clutch, Insane Clown Posse, Sevendust, Ratt, Hellyeah, Cinderella's Tom Keifer, Jack Russell's Great White, Mushroomhead, Thousand Foot Krutch, Avatar, Faster Pussycat, Gemini Syndrome, Lita Ford, Texas Hippie Coalition, Vimic, Devour the Day, Failure Anthem, Lacey Sturm, Bobaflex, Badflower, One Less Reason, Shallow Side and still more, totaling over 65 acts.
“We’re extremely excited to continue to be able to put on such a massive event for rock fans,” commented Rock Fest promoter Wade Asher. “This year’s bill features a great mix of current and past rock acts including some unique performances we’ve never had in Cadott before including Insane Clown Posse, Volbeat, Lamb of God and the legendary Slayer."
Rock Fest is set on 320 acres of land that includes over 7,000 camp sites. Fans will have the option to camp on the grounds or stay at nearby hotels with shuttle service.
