Rochester Police Looking For Fugitive Creeper

Okay, everyone. Let's help the Rochester PD catch a creeper. Here's a little background info:

The Rochester Police Department is currently looking for Michael James Costa, a Level 3 Predatory Offender who has apparently gone off the grid. Costa, who also goes by the aliases "Maliik Gouli" and "Maliik Mujaheed Hassan Costa", was last seen Friday leaving his home on a black mountain bike, wearing black jeans and a black leather jacket.

Costa was previously arrested in 2004 and 2012 for sexual conduct against juvenile females. He also has two convictions for failing to register as a predatory offender. Some more stats about this guy:

Height: 5'6"
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Hair: Brown
Weight: 190 pounds
Tattoos: left wrist, right forearm, right calf

If you've seen him or have any idea where he might be, you can help! Either dial 911 or contact the DOC investigator at 651-361-7777. Hopefully they're able to track him down ASAP. In the meantime, be careful out there.
