Prison For Rochester Man in Hit & Run Incident
A Rochester man has been sent to prison for an incident that happened in the summer of 2012.

Sentenced Thursday was 24 year old Devin Dee. He was given a 2 ½ year sentence after pleading guilty to a criminal vehicular operation charge.
The incident happened after Dee showed up at a party at a Northern Heights Drive residence and was asked to leave when no one recognized him. Police say some of the people at the party were outside when Dee got into his car and drove at them at a high rate of speed. Witnesses told police Dee struck one of the men and drove away.
The victim suffered multiple injuries and was hospitalized for three days.
