This Might Be The Most I’ve Ever Paid To Keep My Beer Cold

Let me start off by saying, I like beer...correction...I like COLD beer. There's nothing worse than reaching for your glass, can, bottle, mug or whatever of beer and it's already warm. Well, apparently, there's a solution for that. Leather.  A while back, my wife bought both of us a mug that her sister saw at a camper show. The big selling point was, "Your beverage will stay cold for hours." Sure enough, they had a mug sitting there throughout the whole camper show, with ice in it, that had apparently been in there for a few hours. Needless to say, I was skeptical. Then I heard the price of these mugs ($110) and my only thought was, W.T.F! What kind of idiot would pay that much for a mug?!? Well, I'M that idiot.

Now, as I said, I like COLD beer so I'll try anything that promises to keep my beer colder, longer and wouldn't you know it. IT WORKS! It actually kept my beer cold the entire time I was drinking it. Before I tried the new mug, I poured a regular mug of beer and it was warm fairly quickly. Granted, I was out in the sun but it got pretty warm, pretty quick. Then I poured a beer in my new leather mug and it stayed cold for quite a while. At least long enough for me to finish it. It stayed the same temp as when I first poured it.

Not sure exactly how it works but it does. It's pretty amazing. So, was it dumb for me to pay that much for a mug? Maybe...but it's worth every drop...I mean penny and I highly recommend it.
