The Identity Of ‘New’ Ghost Bassist Has Been Revealed

It wasn't too long ago that we were speculating White Zombie's Sean Yseult had joined Ghost as their new bassist. We only made those assumptions because it was obvious that the new bassist was a female. Now, we've been proven wrong - about one of those facts anyway!

The new bassist for Ghost is indeed a woman, but, it's not Sean. Her name is Megan Thomas, and she's been rocking for sometime now!

If you're a Led Zeppelin buff, you might recognize her as being part of Zep tribute band Lez Zeppelin. If you don't know them, according to Facebook, they describe themselves

as a, "[...] New York City-based all-girl band that has gained worldwide critical acclaim for the musicianship, passion and gender-bending audacity they bring to the music of Led Zeppelin."

As you can see, they even met Jimmy Page! Megan is pictured on the far right of the photo.

What gave away that Megan earned the position? A tattoo. Metal Injection explains, "Look at Thomas' finger tattoo, compared to the Instagram photo below of the bassist signing things for fans."
