Scott Weiland Has Passed Away at 48

Scott Weiland, former lead singer of Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver has died at the age of 48.  Scott and his band were scheduled to play in Rochester Friday night (12/4)  At this time, it's unclear what caused Weiland's death.
