My Dog Was Not Happy With The Debates

My dog Charlie and I watch a lot of TV together. Last night, we watched the debates and he was not happy.  He's an odd dog for sure. He's been known to watch Breaking Bad with me. He loves Shawshank Redemption and a few other movies but last night's debate...he didn't like the way the two candidates were talking over each other.

He also didn't care for how Lester Holt moderated the whole debate. Well, I guess he didn't really moderate. He more or less just let the candidates ramble on and on about nothing in particular.

Later, Charlie told me, "I hope they get somebody more competent to be the moderator at the 2nd debate." I can't tell you how many times Charlie looked back at me in disgust. When asking him whom he plans to vote for, his response was "Dogs can't vote." And I was like, "Duh! Of course they can't vote! They don't have opposable thumbs."

So, who do YOU think won the debate last night?
