I Was On My Way To $50,000 Officer…

A guy who almost got slapped with a speeding ticket came up with an interesting excuse on Thursday.  22 year old Scott Lowe scored twice in the same day and you'd never believe the crazy events that led to it all. The officer pulled him over and he shared with him his motive, and it worked!  No ticket for Scott.

Scott, who was shaking and running on adrenaline, told the officer: I just won $50,000 on a scratch off and I'm going to get my money! Obviously, the officer had some compassion and understood if that had happened to him, he'd have a hard time containing his urge to not drive '55.'  So much luck in the same day, because he was only issued a verbal warning. How does one get to be that lucky, 2 times in a row?  It's not like he couldn't  afford to pay the ticket, after he obtained his cash...
