How Does The Driver Of This Dump Truck NOT See This Coming??

Wow. I've seen some things in my day but....wow. I've never driven a dump truck nor have I been a passenger in one so I don't know if the driver just didn't realize the bed was up or if he knew it was up but thought he'd clear it. Not sure how this turned out but DAMN!
