The Carver County Fair board stepped-up big time to rescue the flooded-out Hariet Island planned Taste Of Minnesota annual festival, and by doing so, got their 15 min in the spotlight.It was headlining act Halestorm who were responsible for the packed fairgrounds Saturday night, along with Tom Keifer (Cinderella frontman) out on the road with his current 'solo' bandmates.
