Additional Information

For thirty years the Olmsted Waste-to-Energy Facility (OWEF) has created clean, renewable energy from waste that can’t be reduced, reused, recycled, or composted. Join us for a tour of the OWEF and learn how the Olmsted County Environmental Resources Department is working to provide a proper place for your waste.

Today only, bring your personal documents (white office paper only) to shred for FREE – limit 5 file boxes per household. Shredded office paper CANNOT be recycled via curbside collection.
