For A Day 5K

The 5K is being held at Lake Kohlmier in Owatonna. Registration starts at 8am and the race begins at 9am. Registration is $30 per individual or $60 per family (up to 5 family members). Those who register early are guaranteed a race package. Awards will be given to top finishers in each age/gender category. To register, visit www.foradayfoundation.org/foraday5k/

The For A Day 5K is our main source of revenue for the For A Day Foundation Minneapolis chapter. Our chapter is comprised only of volunteers, and 100% of the proceeds from the race go directly to supplies, such as tiaras, temporary tattoos, hula skirts, games, and prizes for our children's events at hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses. The Minneapolis chapter is based out of Owatonna, MN, which allows us to hold events for sick children and their families in Rochester, Minneapolis, and southern Minnesota.
