Pipestone, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Minnesota State Patrol is sharing the story of an apparently unrepentant speeder.

A posting on the State Patrol's Facebook page indicates the same motorist was stopped and ticketed for speeding on a southwestern Minnesota highway 3 times in the space of an hour. All three incidents occurred on February 16th and began with a traffic stop by a Pipestone County Sheriff's Deputy.

The Facebook post indicates the deputy ticketed the motorist for going 92 miles per hour in a 60 mile per hour zone.  A few minutes later, a State Trooper clocked the vehicle going 115 miles per hour, or 55 miles per hour above the posted speed limit on that stretch of highway.

The same Trooper later spotted the same driver exceeding the speed limit and executed another traffic stop. This time, the motorist was ticketed for both speeding and violating the state's seatbelt law.
