Cops Taser 17-Year-Old Asking for His Mother [VIDEO]

I'm not going to pretend like I know every law on the books but I don't think an officer has to wait for your mother to get to the scene because you're under 18, before he can arrest you. Apparently that's what this 17-year-old guy kept saying. "No one will touch me until my mother is here."

Then, there's the girl saying, "Sir, how does a normal traffic stop go from 'I smell marijuana,' when I don't allow that kind of stuff into my car?" What is the officer supposed to do then? Say, "Oh! You don't allow marijuana in your car! Well, this traffic stop is over. You're free to go."

The 17-year-old guy is currently being held until July, on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest and the girl had previously been arrested for...wait for it...possession of marijuana.
