47° in the Spring vs. 47° in the Fall. This Guy Nails It

I bring this up every Spring and Fall. It's funny how 47° in the Fall can feel so different from 47° in the Spring.  Even though this video is about New Hampshire, it pretty much works for any cold weather state.

I'll wear shorts year round. I don't care. I'll admit though, shorts in the Fall does get a little chilly so I'll throw on a hoodie. But days like today, I wore just a t-shirt and shorts.
