The ex-Skid Row frontman will join the over-the-top rockers following Dee Snider's retirement.

He's already gearing up for his new gig filling in for Dee Snider.

He also explains who finally convinced him to back down.

Dee Snider previously had to bow out of the scheduled tour.

On social media, the frontman shared the reasoning and emphasized that he is "enjoying life."

"I'd rather walk away than be a shadow of my former self," Dee Snider said while announcing the news.

The Dee Snider-fronted band currently has 14 dates on their 2026 reunion schedule.

They haven't played together since 2016.

Snider's solo bassist and Twisted Sister bass tech Russell Pzutto will take his place.

The kids are back.
