Police in a small town near Rochester are asking for the public’s help in identifying the vandal, or vandals responsible for spray painting swastikas on some mailboxes.

It all started when I noticed a Facebook post circulating in my newsfeed that very clearly caught my eye. A swastika in the Plummer House? Is it true?
