It's a Rochester made piece of music just released earlier this month, and it's an earworm I can't get out of my head.

If someone were to ask me, "Val - what's your favorite local band in Rochester?" I'd have a hard time picking between the three who played an incredible show on Friday night.

If you're familiar with the Minnesota metal and rock scene, you just might recognize a few of these faces.

The announcement came as somewhat of a surprise, but it was totally a love filled and respectable one!

Let's be honest? Did any of rock and metal fans even watch the 2018 Grammys last night? I sure as hell didn't, and I have my reasons.
