The heat index could approach 110-degrees across southeastern Minnesota Monday afternoon.

A new building means new adventures at Cascade Lake in Southeast Minnesota. And for families, that adventure is happening on Friday, April 19th.

A host of members from three law enforcement agencies were involved in the arrest.

It had been recording for less than 2 hours when it was spotted.

The camera was discovered last month in a staff-only restroom at the Rochester Public Library.

The affected customers will be contacted in the coming days.

The closure is for the instillation of a new skylight.

The library is set to reopen Tuesday morning.

The project is expected to take around two months to complete.
