The FDA has upgraded the recall to a "Class I" health risk, meaning there's a high chance that using or being exposed to these products could cause serious health problems or death. Recall of Fresh Start Produce Sales Inc. cucumbers has been issued due to risk of salmonella contamination. This product was distributed to 14 different states in the US, including Illinois.
