Iowa May Have Had the First Paid Arena Concert in the COVID-19 Era
A couple of weeks ago, country singer Josh Turner visited Cedar Rapids to play an actual live, in-person concert at the U.S. Cellular Center. As it turns out, that concert may have been the first of its kind.
