Daylight Saving Time is ending soon. Even though we know it's coming, it always catches us by surprise at how early it gets dark.

Fall is officially here! The crisp, cool air has arrived, the trees are starting to show their colors, Halloween decorations are popping up, and thrift stores are overflowing with costumes.

Does it feel like suddenly the days get short a lot faster? It's actually true in Minnesota, and it starts in August.

While the majority of states observe DST, some, like Minnesota, are pushing to eliminate the time change.

It won't be long now until there's more sunshine each day here in Minnesota, so here's when we'll turn our clocks forward this year.

The study looked at data involving 36 million people over a 5 year time span.
