Valleyfair in Minnesota issued a statement on Tuesday, June 25th, letting the public know that three rides and several parking areas are temporarily closed due to flooding.

It had been one of Minnesota's State Parks for nearly 35 years, but this park is now permanently closed.

"Unfortunately someone on our staff has tested positive for covid."

No Corkscrew rides for us this year. Valleyfair has just made the announcement that they will be closed until they can safely open in 2021.

Tough love, but orders from the government and health officials need to be taken seriously if we are going to keep flattening the curve and make sure people stay as healthy as possible.
