Opening Date Just Announced For Spirit Halloween In Rochester, MN!

Hey, Jessica On the Radio, Halloween costumes and decorations are showing up in all of the stores but we are missing a big one.  I think our town had a Spirit Halloween store but I haven't been able to find it this year.  Is our town going to have a Halloween store this year?

GOOD NEWS! Spirit Halloween Is Opening in Rochester, Minnesota This Year

Once August 1st showed up on the calendar, Halloween-themed stores full of thousands of costumes started displaying "now open" signs throughout the United States.  According to USAToday.com, that date was also the launch of Spirit Halloween's flagship store.  Overall, a total of about 1,500 Spirit Halloween stores would follow and provide fans of the spooky holiday with all of the costumes and accessories that they need to celebrate.  For Halloween fans in the Med City, it has been confirmed that Spirit Halloween will also be opening in Rochester.

Where Is Spirit Halloween Opening in Rochester, Minnesota?

A few weeks ago, the Spirit Halloween website indicated that they would be opening in the Apache Mall at the old H&M location.  So, I went there.  In front of all of the empty storefronts at the Apache Mall are signs letting people know the space was available to lease, including in front of the H&M store.  I was confused so I reached out to the Apache Mall and Spirit Halloween for clarification.

I sent two notes to the Apache Mall and never heard back.  Spirit Halloween did follow-up with me today and verified that they are actually planning to open in the old H&M location at the Apache Mall.  Their website has also been updated and now says "Opens September" for the Rochester site.

Because I like to get a few more details than "Opens September", I asked them if they had a more concrete opening date. Turns out...they do.

When Will Spirit Halloween Be Opening in Rochester, Minnesota?

Halloween fans won't have to wait too much longer to enjoy Spirit Halloween.  Based on the e-mail that I received today, opening date is just around the corner.
