Lewiston, MN (KROC-AM News)- Mayo One helicopter responded to a rollover crash on I-90 that left a Wisconsin man fighting for his life.

It happened in Winona County. The State Patrol responded to the crash shortly before 2:00 Monday afternoon. 

A minivan was heading east on the interstate when the driver lost control of the vehicle about three miles west of the Rushford exit. The van then rolled into the ditch, according to the state crash report

Western Wisconsin Man Suffers Severe Injuries in Rollover Crash on I-90 in Winona County

33-year-old Jamal Lamonte Arnold of Holman, WI was identified as the van driver. He was the only person in the vehicle.

Arnold was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. His injuries are being described as life-threatening.

The western Wisconsin man was not wearing his seatbelt and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state crash report says. 

The Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Lewiston Police Department, Lewiston Fire Department and Lewiston Ambulance also responded to the rollover.
