
Minnesota Man Walking on Hwy. 52 Fatally Struck by SUV
St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News)- A man walking on a Twin Cities freeway lost his life after being hit by a vehicle Saturday morning.

That’s according to the State Patrol, which responded to the deadly incident shortly before 2:15 a.m.
The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle, the State Patrol says.

Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Hwy. 52 in St. Paul, MN Early Saturday Morning
The fatal SUV-pedestrian collision occurred at Hwy. 52 and Alabama St., which is just south of the freeway's Mississippi River crossing in St. Paul.
62-year-old Mark Anthony Todd of Cottage Grove was traveling south on the freeway when the SUV he was driving hit the pedestrian, the state crash report says.
Authorities identified the pedestrian as 46-year-old Cher Vang. The 46-year-old St. Paul man was pronounced dead at the scene, the state crash report indicates.
Todd was not hurt and alcohol was not involved in the fatality, the State Patrol says. Hwy. 52 was wet at the time of the incident.
