Rushford, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcycle operator was taken to a hospital after crashing on a southeast Minnesota highway over the weekend.

He was the only person on the motorcycle. The State Patrol responded to the motorcycle crash in Fillmore County at 3:30 Sunday afternoon. 

60-year-old Anthony George Dudley of Owatonna was identified as the motorcycle operator. He was taken to a hospital in Winona following the crash.

Dudley lost control of the motorcycle he was operating on Hwy. 43 in Rushford Village, the state crash report says.

The motorcycle left the road and came to rest in the ditch. Authorities describe Dudley’s injuries as non-life-threatening.

He was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the report says. 

Rushford Fire and the Rushford Ambulance responded to the crash.
