Roseville, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a statewide alert for a woman who was reported missing more than three months ago.

Officials sent out the alert on behalf of the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday. She was reported missing this past May. 

The bulletin says the family of 36-year-old Marina Christine Dougall has not heard from her since September of 2023.

Authorities say Dougall was staying in the Franklin Ave. North area of Minneapolis and frequented locations in Anoka County and throughout the Twin Cities. 

Investigators suspect she was in Burnett County in northwestern Wisconsin from September 20-22 last year then was dropped off at the Norwood Inn in Roseville.

Authorities say Dougall has a medical condition that could cause complications or death without proper medication. She also has a history of addiction and mental illness, the alert says. 

The alert describes Dougall as 5’9”, 140 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. She also has a chipped tooth, flower tattoos on her right hand and left shoulder, a snowflake tattoo and a large back tattoo. Authorities say she could be traveling with a small duffel bag of clothes. 

Anyone with information regarding Dougall’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Anoka County Sheriff's Office at 763-324-5209.
