
20-Year-Old Woman Injured in Hwy. 44 Crash in Houston County
An SUV and small pick-up were heading north on Hwy. 44 when they collided.
Hokah, MN (KROC-AM News)- A crash on a southeast Minnesota highway injured a young woman Thursday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the accident shortly before 1:45 p.m.
Two vehicles transporting three people were involved in the crash on the two-lane highway.

20-Year-Old Spring Grove Woman Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash on Hwy. 44 in Houston County
The crash occurred on Hwy. 44 on the western outskirts of Hokah.
An SUV and small pick-up were heading north on Hwy. 44 when they collided. The state crash report does not say which vehicle was leading.

65-year-old Barbara Ann Twite of Caledonia was driving the SUV. She escaped the crash without injuries, according to the State Patrol.
The pick-up truck driver was also unharmed in the crash. She was identified by the State Patrol as 50-year-old Tanja Lynn Midrum of Spring Grove.

20-year-old Alisabeth Marie Moran of Spring Grove was riding with Midrum. The State Patrol says she suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was brought to Emplify in Lacrosse, WI for further care.
Everyone was buckled up and alcohol was not a factor in the two-vehicle collision, the state crash report says.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Hokah Police Department and Hokah Fire Department also responded to the collision.
