Crash Involving 2 Pick-ups at Southeast Minnesota Intersection Sends Man to Hospital
Hayfield, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Kasson man was injured following a two-vehicle crash at a southeast Minnesota intersection.

Both of the vehicles involved in the crash were pick-up trucks. The State Patrol says the crash occurred around 6:15 p.m.
The pick-ups collided at the intersection of Hwy. 56 and 710th St., which is just north of Hayfield.
A southbound pick-up and westbound pick-up collided in the intersection, the state crash report says.
39-year-old Dean Patrick Holets was identified as the driver of the southbound truck. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for further care.
The other driver was identified as 29-year-old Wyatt David Heins of Stewartville. He and his passenger, a 19-year-old Winona man, was not hurt.
All three men were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state report says. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and Hayfield Ambulance also responded to the two-vehicle crash.
